You can order each Service Package at any time you want. It is offered as a one time deal: The Fixed Price Service Package is available after 24 months warranty duration and up to 5 years after the end of the legal warranty period. In case of an unrepairable damage you will be informed by our service team. Shipping costs are not included in the package price.
